Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Interpret business and functional requirements and design comprehensive test coverage across scenario variations.
- Lead requirements elicitation, test strategy, project initiation, estimation, test planning, and preparation of test cases, scenarios, traceability matrices, and test data.
- Execute and oversee full-lifecycle QA, including manual validation, regression, integration, API, cross-browser, mobile, performance, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and enhance automation frameworks and convert manual regression suites into automated pipelines using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines and support execution in AWS-based environments.
- Manage requirements, test cases, defects, retesting, defect triage, root-cause analysis, and QA reporting using designated tools.
- Prepare release documentation including test plans, test summary reports, test closure reports, and sign-off packages.
- Collaborate with business, development, QA leadership, client SMEs, and stakeholders to improve coverage, resolve dependencies, and implement QA strategies.
- Evaluate tools and platforms, conduct proofs of concept, and assess compatibility, integration feasibility, and readiness for emerging technologies.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Software Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of experience in absence management workflows or related experience.
- Experience developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, test scripts, testing strategies, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java for web and API testing.
- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Maven, or Cucumber, including BDD/TDD practices.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and supporting automation in AWS environments.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Experience managing defects and documenting test results with JIRA, Zephyr, or qTest.
- Experience validating defect fixes, conducting root-cause analysis, and participating in Agile ceremonies.
