Responsibilities
- Work with a mentor to accomplish established goals and deliverables.
- Complete technical assignments in areas including New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, Software Development, and FirstBuild’s Micro-Factory.
- Attend development and training sessions to enhance technical and professional knowledge.
- Participate in networking and community volunteer projects.
Requirements
- Currently be enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
- Have a December 2027 or later graduation date.
- Have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Have legal authorization to work in the country or region where the business is hiring.
- Desired qualifications include the ability to complete two or more co-op rotations, related coursework, strong interpersonal and communication skills, solid analytical skills, willingness to learn, and passion for engineering.
