Responsibilities

Analyze client and functional consultant requirements and propose SAP HCM solutions.
Develop, document, test, and deliver SAP HCM and ABAP HR solutions according to EY best practices.
Participate in the full SAP HCM implementation lifecycle, including design, estimation, development, documentation, and testing.
Implement payroll applications, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
Collaborate with experts, architects, project managers, and customers to deliver projects within deadlines.
Drive improvements and innovation in development processes, methodologies, and technology.

Any graduate or postgraduate qualification.
2 to 3 years of experience as an SAP ABAP HR developer.
Development experience in ABAP 7.40 or higher is preferred.
Good understanding of SAP HCM payroll processing and experience in payroll application development.
Experience implementing interfaces using OData, IDocs, RFCs, and related technologies.
Experience with form development and enhancement implementation options.
Knowledge of integration techniques such as PTP and BIB.
Exposure to Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Control Center, and SuccessFactors Employee Central is advantageous.
Exposure to HANA coding, including CDS and AMDP, is advantageous.
Strong customer-requirement analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, teamwork, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
