Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support and manage the project delivery of customized solutions to customers.
- Provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting and educating customers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architect teams to ensure continuity across the customer journey.
- Create technical content to demonstrate best practices.
- Develop implementation strategies and build roadmaps for customers.
- Perform analysis on customer image data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Test and validate new product features with customer value creation in mind.
- Contribute to a repository of reusable artifacts for customer use.
- Improve processes, documentation, and overall customer experience.
- Assist with customer onboarding, support, adoption, and engineering efforts.
Requirements
- A solution mindset with strong customer-facing instincts.
- Technical experience in field roles with enterprise customers in post-sales delivery.
- Background in computer science or a related field.
- Experience utilizing and writing customized Colab notebooks in Python.
- Familiarity with data processing and computer vision frameworks like OpenCV, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Diligent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven project management experience related to delivery timelines.
- Strong knowledge of APIs.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
