Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery of customized customer solutions.
- Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, debugging, and customer education.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architect teams across the customer journey.
- Create technical content including sample applications, documentation, and videos.
- Develop implementation strategies and customer roadmaps with Sales and Product.
- Analyze customer image data to answer business questions and identify computer vision improvement opportunities.
- Test and validate new product features based on customer value creation.
- Build reusable artifacts to accelerate customer adoption of Roboflow.
- Improve processes, documentation, and the overall customer experience.
- Support customer onboarding, adoption, and engineering efforts with the Product team.
Requirements
- Background in computer science or a related field.
- Technical experience in customer-facing field roles involving post-sales delivery and implementation for enterprise customers.
- Experience utilizing and writing customized Python Colab notebooks in the machine learning development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with data processing and computer vision frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of APIs.
- Proven project management experience related to delivery timelines and commitments.
- Strong customer-facing instincts, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric solution mindset.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
