Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and contemporary frontend frameworks.
- Build component-driven, accessible user interfaces aligned with UX/UI designs, design systems, and WCAG guidelines.
- Implement client-side routing, state management, modular application structures, and scalable frontend architecture.
- Consume backend REST APIs in API-first and contract-driven workflows, contributing to API design with OpenAPI or Swagger.
- Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and participate in code reviews and frontend standards.
- Contribute to framework upgrades, migrations, shared libraries, developer tooling, automation, and technical-debt reduction.
- Optimize frontend performance, browser and device compatibility, usability, and asset delivery.
- Apply secure frontend development practices and follow enterprise security, privacy, licensing, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor, debug, and resolve issues in production frontend applications.
- Document frontend architecture decisions, patterns, and contribution guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of professional experience in modern frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript, with strong emphasis on React and Next.js.
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework or library, with Angular experience highly valued.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, browser behavior, web standards, and accessibility.
- Experience consuming REST APIs in an API-first or contract-driven environment.
- Familiarity with frontend testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Awareness of frontend security fundamentals, third-party dependency risks, licensing, and vulnerability management.
- Preferred experience with state-management patterns and libraries, design systems, enterprise UI platforms, regulated environments, and distributed cross-functional teams.
