Responsibilities
- Own product features from discovery through development, launch, and iteration.
- Manage patient, provider, scheduling, care coordination, operational metrics, analytics, predictive models, data pipelines, and experimentation frameworks.
- Build data pipelines connecting eClinicalWorks, ecares health, and operational systems.
- Design data models reflecting healthcare workflows and build prototypes, simulations, and experiments for scheduling, no-show reduction, and care coordination.
- Partner with product owners, software engineers, operations leaders, clinical leaders, and designers.
- Define and track healthcare KPIs including access, throughput, outcomes, and utilization.
- Design analytics embedded directly into the product and use data to guide feature decisions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful user-facing product development experience.
- Strong frontend skills and enough backend experience to work independently.
- Ability to identify workflow problems, propose practical solutions, and work without detailed specifications.
- Strong product judgment, design sense, and comfort making tradeoffs in ambiguous situations.
- Preferred qualifications include health technology or healthcare experience, experience with EHR systems or healthcare data, direct end-user workflow research, design or UX research experience, and experience working with underserved communities or mission-driven organizations.
