Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose streamlining and automation solutions.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and align automation solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and implement end-to-end process improvements using VBA, RPA, Python, Alteryx, and Microsoft Access.
- Drive solution testing and support User Acceptance Testing before deployment.
Requirements
- Proven experience with RPA using Blue Prism.
- Experience with process mapping, process reengineering, and end-to-end process improvement.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
- A continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and effectiveness through automation.
- Strong communication skills and excellent spoken and written English at C1 level.
- Experience with multiple automation tools or languages, data exchange via APIs, Lean Six Sigma, or the insurance/shared services sector is preferred.
