Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services and APIs for critical product capabilities.
- Build reliable, secure, and scalable systems for workflows involving Spend, IT, identity, access, approvals, and compliance.
- Make technical decisions involving architecture, infrastructure, data modeling, performance, and operational reliability.
- Translate business and customer needs into technical solutions with cross-functional partners.
- Develop systems for workflows, permissions, policy enforcement, financial operations, device and app management, procurement, and security controls.
- Conduct system design, code, and design reviews; mentor engineers and promote backend engineering best practices.
- Help build safe, reliable, explainable, auditable, and enterprise-ready AI-powered workflows.
