Base Salary
$131k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AI/ML solutions on AWS for customer requirements.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and generative AI applications for real-world business problems.
- Select and fine-tune models, define GenAI performance benchmarks, conduct experiments, and optimize solutions at scale.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify use cases, gather requirements, and develop implementation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot project delivery, and advise customers on responsible and cost-efficient AI/ML practices.
- Mentor team members, create reusable AI/ML artifacts, and prototype and evaluate emerging technologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, data analysis tools and techniques, and performance parameters.
- Current, active TS/SCI US Government security clearance.
- Experience defining and creating benchmarks for assessing generative AI model performance.
- Experience applying quantitative analysis to business problems and working on multi-team, cross-disciplinary projects.
- At least 2 years of computer vision experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of AWS services across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.
- Preferred: experience with cloud performance optimization, cost management, and at least 2 years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- Preferred: master’s degree or higher in a STEM field.
- Preferred: experience translating technical analysis and metrics into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
