Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI solutions integrating enterprise systems.
- Develop GenAI and agentic AI solutions using RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation, model tuning, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM APIs.
- Perform Python development and API integrations on Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Lead consulting workstreams, manage consultant teams, oversee budgets, and assure delivery quality.
- Act as a trusted client advisor and manage client expectations, communications, issue resolution, and value capture.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate consultants and client staff.
- Lead or support sales pursuits, RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and opportunity identification.
- Develop thought leadership, case studies, reusable intellectual property, service offerings, and go-to-market solutions.
- Contribute to practice development, knowledge management, talent development, collaboration, and Wipro administrative activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on GenAI experience.
- 8–10 years of overall experience.
- Experience with Python and API integration.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Experience with GenAI, agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation, model tuning, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM APIs.
- Mandatory healthcare payer experience.
- A relevant certification is preferred.
- Experience leading consulting engagements, workstreams, client relationships, sales pursuits, and teams is expected.
