Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in the Twilio platform and industry trends.
  • Scope, design, and build multi-product solution architecture.
  • Design solutions across voice and digital channels.
  • Teach cross-functional teams on product knowledge and strategies.
  • Mentor sales and SE team members on value-selling strategies.
  • Document technology shifts to influence product strategy.
  • Provide thought leadership to improve the Specialist Sales Org.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex solutions sales cycles.
  • Expert stakeholder collaboration and influencing skills.
  • 6+ years of progressive presales experience.
  • 2+ years of expertise in CPaaS and/or contact center solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience selling and designing solutions across multiple product areas.
  • Confidence engaging with C-level executives.
