Responsibilities
- Create, troubleshoot, and optimize Jenkins pipelines for build, deployment, and release workflows.
- Troubleshoot build, deployment, and release issues across environments.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and quality gates.
- Support automated deployments, governance, feature flagging, and progressive delivery.
- Use observability and anomaly-detection tooling to monitor release pipeline health.
- Apply AI-assisted automation to test generation, failure analysis, root-cause analysis, remediation, and vulnerability triage.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, or Build/CI roles.
- Strong programming experience with Go or Python.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts, Git workflows, and branching strategies.
- Experience with Linux systems and Bash, Shell, or Groovy scripting.
- Proficiency creating, troubleshooting, and optimizing Jenkins pipelines.
- BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education/experience.
- Preferred qualifications include 5 years of relevant experience, Harness deployment experience, infrastructure-as-code expertise, artifact management, observability, containerization, orchestration, feature flagging, progressive delivery, and AI-assisted release automation.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills.
