Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance trading and risk-management applications.
- Build cloud-native solutions on Azure using modern engineering practices.
- Integrate market data, analytics platforms, and AI-powered capabilities into trading workflows.
- Support scalable enterprise applications across trading, analytics, and risk management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers on strategic technology initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, SQL Server, and Databricks.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and financial derivatives, including options, futures, forwards, and swaps.
- Experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI solutions into enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred experience with derivatives pricing and risk management, Bloomberg, Reuters, Murex, Findur, or Aladdin.
- Preferred knowledge of fixed income products and markets.
- Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or enterprise copilot development experience is preferred.
