Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance trading and risk-management applications.
- Build cloud-native solutions on Azure using modern engineering practices.
- Integrate market data, analytics platforms, and AI-powered capabilities into trading workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers on strategic technology initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, SQL Server, and Databricks.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and financial derivatives, including options, futures, forwards, and swaps.
- Experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI solutions into enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred experience with derivatives pricing and risk management, Bloomberg, Reuters, Murex, Findur, Aladdin, fixed-income products and markets, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or enterprise copilot development.

- Salary range of $113,000.00 CAD to $163,000.00 CAD, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.
