Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure for the AI-native cybersecurity platform.
- Develop internal tooling and automation for deployments, incident response, and capacity planning.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure for low-latency, high-throughput AI workloads.
- Lead incident response, conduct post-mortems, and implement lasting reliability improvements.
- Manage cloud infrastructure as code across environments such as AWS and GCP.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to incorporate reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
- Guide cross-functional technical initiatives and drive engineering practices across teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or software/systems engineering managing production systems at scale.
- Deep expertise with public cloud environments including AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus Kubernetes, networking, and storage services.
- Extensive experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- Solid understanding of distributed databases and event-driven systems.
- Proven ability to guide multi-stakeholder initiatives and influence engineering practices across teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or AWS/GCP Professional Cloud Architect are preferred.
- Prior cybersecurity infrastructure experience with SIEM, EDR, or SOAR is preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale AI/ML workloads, including GPU scheduling or LLM serving optimization, is preferred.
- Familiarity with agentic workflows such as Agno and Temporal is preferred.
