Responsibilities

  • Provide escalation support, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable fixes for enterprise applications.
  • Design, develop, test, debug, deploy, and maintain NetSuite customizations, workflows, scripts, extensions, backend logic, and business algorithms.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, API connections, automation, and integrations using Jitterbit and third-party tools such as SuiteProjects Pro.
  • Configure NetSuite and cloud-based ERP/PSA applications, including workflows, searches, reports, data presentations, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal clients, Business Relationship Managers, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements, refine priorities, and validate delivery through UAT feedback.
  • Participate in Jira workflows, sprint planning, standups, Agile ceremonies, effort estimation, and status reporting.
  • Maintain technical documentation, code quality, system governance, operational continuity, and cross-training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent applicable work experience is required.
  • Two to four years of experience customizing, developing, testing, and maintaining Jitterbit is required.
  • Experience configuring cloud-based ERP/PSA applications and moving solutions from QA or sandbox environments into production.
  • Ability to work with data record fields, form configuration, workflows, JavaScript, SQL-like APIs, HTML, searches/reports, and CSV imports.
  • Understanding of clean user interfaces, data integrity, process documentation, effective business workflows, and scalable software development.
  • Familiarity with SaaS integration tools, cloud storage, API management, Workday, Concur, or SuiteProjects Pro is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of finance and finance operations processes, strong organization, attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ability to explain technical concepts to business partners.
