Responsibilities
- Execute standard security solutions using established playbooks for internal product, platform, and application owners.
- Write secure, high-quality code and develop security engineering solutions using Java or Golang.
- Use approved tools to analyze incident data, identify vulnerabilities, and assess threat probability and impact.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support vulnerability analysis, security documentation, code review, and security control validation while protecting sensitive data.
- Support continuity-related awareness, training, educational activities, and exercises.
- Handle moderately ambiguous requirements and own features through delivery.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in security engineering concepts and 2+ years of applied experience.
- Experience coding in Java or Golang and general knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience developing security engineering solutions.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in security engineering workflows, with the ability to validate AI-assisted code and security recommendations.
- Understanding of application resiliency and security practices.
- Ability to work with moderately ambiguous requirements and own features through delivery.
- Preferred: experience with streaming or asynchronous workloads or distributed systems patterns such as idempotency and eventual consistency.
- Preferred: hands-on experience implementing LLM-powered agents or copilots in production or advanced prototypes.
