Responsibilities
- Build and run sample graphics applications on Arm GPUs.
- Make small code changes and investigate application behavior.
- Use test results and logs to reproduce issues and compare software configurations.
- Document technical approaches and findings.
- Discuss progress with the team and share project learnings at the end of the internship.
- Work with a mentor to define achievable tasks, receive code evaluations, and improve graphics knowledge.
Requirements
- Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related subject, or have equivalent experience.
- Be enrolled in a higher education degree and returning to the course after the internship.
- Have experience programming in C and/or C++ through coursework, research, or personal projects.
- Have a basic understanding of computer graphics, game development, multimedia, or machine learning.
- Demonstrate the ability to apply technical knowledge to solve problems through coursework or hands-on projects.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively while sharing ideas and discussing progress.
- Preferred qualifications include 3D graphics or rendering experience; applications, games, or demos built with Unity or Unreal Engine; familiarity with Vulkan, OpenGL, or OpenGL ES; machine learning projects involving graphics or multimedia; and familiarity with Linux, debugging tools, or Python.
