Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers on large and small opportunities by addressing customer technical concerns through deep-dive sessions.
- Work with sales leaders to drive revenue through new campaigns and resolve deal-specific technical roadblocks.
- Create and own big-picture solution architectures aligned with technical realities and Business Value Realization strategies through post-sales.
- Enable pre-sales and post-sales teams through technical expertise, mentorship, and influence within the global Solutions Engineering community.
- Capture and prioritize field feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence product direction and address gaps.
- Create and deliver technical presentations and content on product positioning, differentiators, and best practices to customers, partners, Snykers, and executive audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Solutions Engineering or Solution Architect experience, including work on $1 million-plus opportunities.
- Hands-on software development and application security experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure security objections and engage executive leadership.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevOps ecosystems.
- Direct experience with agentic software development and building AI-native applications.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, creating alignment, rallying resources, and managing stakeholders.
- Experience with Financial and Insurance organizations is preferred.
