Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain features and components with a focus on quality and reliability.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that aligns with team standards.
- Participate in system and component design discussions, contributing ideas and asking thoughtful questions.
- Debug and resolve issues across the stack, with guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver user-centered solutions.
- Contribute to code reviews by giving and incorporating constructive feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve code quality, performance, and team development practices.
- Support team goals by communicating clearly about progress, blockers, and trade-offs.
Requirements
- Experience developing professional web apps and familiarity with modern development frameworks.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals (e.g., data structures, APIs, testing, version control).
- Ability to work independently on defined tasks while seeking input when needed.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teammates and incorporating feedback.
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and iterate.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
