Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Tenant Find, Property Management, or Payments domain and identify high-leverage automation opportunities.
- Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven and agentic systems that automate manual operational processes.
- Partner with product managers to frame problems, define solutions, prioritize initiatives, and make pragmatic architectural decisions.
- Own projects end to end from concept through production rollout and continuous improvement.
- Influence domain direction, automation strategy, system reliability, scalability, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background with experience independently delivering complex systems from idea to production.
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and TypeScript-based application development.
- Familiarity with modern TypeScript patterns, tRPC, Drizzle, and SQL using MySQL or PostgreSQL, or ability to ramp up quickly.
- Ability to design architectures for fast-changing products with real operational constraints.
- Strong understanding of the modern AI landscape and agentic workflows with pragmatic application.
- Experience delivering systems in domains with fragmented legacy workflows and operational complexity.
- Strong autonomy, ownership, product judgment, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English, customer-centricity, adaptability, resilience, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Higher degree education.
