Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions addressing national security threats.
- Perform kernel-mode programming for Windows and Linux using C, C++, and Assembly.
- Conduct reverse engineering, vulnerability analysis, and system analysis of network and communication systems.
- Develop network communications software using C/C++ and protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, and SSL.
- Work on infrastructure, embedded, command-and-control, web, or network applications as applicable.
- Use debugging, reverse-engineering, emulation, virtual-machine, and software configuration-management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus two years of programming experience, or a master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with no experience.
- Demonstrated software programming experience in C/C++.
- Experience with debugging or system-analysis tools such as Wireshark, IDA Pro, OllyDebug, WinDBG, or JTAG debuggers.
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include an active TS/SCI clearance, an advanced degree, vulnerability research, reverse engineering, kernel or embedded development, operating-system internals, emulation, virtual machines, networking protocols, shellcode, ROP, and secure programming experience.
- Preferred experience includes Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and leading teams of two to eight engineers.
