Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing full-stack applications and enhancements for software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Use AI coding agents such as Claude to implement rapid prototypes and solutions while maintaining quality.
- Gain hands-on experience with modern technologies, AI tooling, and systems thinking through real-world projects.
- Focus on usability and customer experience for current and future users of access control systems.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Working knowledge of software engineering design, principles, and systems thinking.
- Ability to adapt quickly, work independently and collaboratively, and apply effective listening, time management, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Passion for user experience and usability and a desire to learn and develop through impactful projects.
