Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve cloud infrastructure across GCPâs serverless ecosystem.
- Design fault-tolerant, high-throughput systems with observability and performance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve developer velocity and system performance.
- Develop and oversee CI/CD, release, and testing infrastructure for frequent deployments.
- Own company-wide reliability and performance metrics.
- Partner with leadership to align infrastructure investments with company strategy.
- Drive organization-wide enablement through AI tooling and best practices.
- Mentor and coach engineers to raise the technical bar.
- Champion a culture of speed, reliability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7â12+ years of infrastructure or backend engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture systems and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated success in scaling systems from millions to tens of millions of users.
- Mastery in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and operational tooling.
- Strong coding ability in Node.js/TypeScript and debugging complex systems.
- Fluency with AI tools and development workflows.
- Deep sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
