Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and own agentic workflows for requirements review, automated checks and gates, early risk detection, and knowledge management.
- Develop reusable components, skills, tool integrations, feedback loops, and identity, secret, and authentication management patterns.
- Design and run evaluations, monitor production agents, and manage observability, cost, guardrails, and security.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows that use reviewer corrections to improve prompts, evaluations, and reusable components.
- Work closely with delivery teams to identify high-leverage automation opportunities and define quality standards.
- Drive internal AI adoption by delivering agents through existing team tools, establishing best practices, and creating paved paths for teams to build their own agents.
Requirements
- Several years of software engineering experience and the ability to take ambiguous problems through production with clean architecture, testing, and maintainable code.
- Production experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic systems with tool calling, structured outputs, and multi-step workflows.
- Practical production experience with agent orchestration, tool use, MCP, memory, retrieval, context engineering, and prompt engineering.
- Experience building knowledge bases and implementing RAG pipelines.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript proficiency and familiarity with SaaS APIs, webhooks, and business-system integrations.
- Ability to think in systems and user outcomes, build reusable components, and collaborate effectively with non-engineering teams.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
