Responsibilities
- Rapidly turn product problems into working prototypes and develop successful prototypes into production features.
- Use AI agents and tooling to design, build, test, and ship software while reviewing the output for quality.
- Make product decisions about priorities, scope, and when features are ready to ship.
- Set up evaluations and monitoring to assess whether shipped features work effectively in production.
- Work with customers, support, and the product team to identify and build high-leverage improvements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping products, features, side projects, tools, or hackathon projects.
- Ability to understand software systems and data flows and read, reason about, and debug software.
- Experience working collaboratively, giving and receiving feedback, and moving projects forward with a team.
- Early-career product sense, including the ability to identify user needs and judge product quality.
- Regular use of AI and agents as development tools, with the ability to verify their output.
- Nice to have experience at a SaaS or product company, independently built products used by others, or hands-on experience with evaluations, inference costs, and model failure modes such as hallucinations.
