Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote code quality, testability, efficiency, and adherence to available technology guidelines.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and update it based on product or program changes and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and operational and quality impact.
- Implement Generative AI solutions, use ML infrastructure, prepare data, optimize systems, and improve performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or one year of experience with an advanced degree.
- One year of experience with ML infrastructure, including areas such as model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Experience with Generative AI techniques such as LLMs, multimodal systems, or large vision models, or with related concepts such as language modeling or computer vision.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: two years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: one year of experience building Generative AI agents.
- Preferred: one year of experience developing AI auto-raters and agentic systems for assessing headroom and improving quality.
- Preferred: experience exploring web or merchant data sources to improve ML models or product-understanding performance.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base salary of $147000–$210000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
