Base Salary
$79k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop application and system solutions, new features, enhancements, and break/fix implementations.
- Adapt, integrate, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and support software components.
- Perform unit and component testing, code reviews, quality reviews, and operational readiness reviews.
- Analyze technical requirements and recommend pragmatic engineering solutions aligned with architecture, performance, and business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise during incident management, analyze outages, assess impact, and support incident resolution.
- Collaborate with technology partners, stakeholders, and business lines to deliver solutions and maintain alignment with requirements.
- Identify automation, quality, process, risk, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Monitor product lifecycles and redevelop systems or components when required.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate.
- Strong academic background in computer science, engineering, or a related area.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience with TypeScript, Python, and Java.
- Preferred: 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI prompts and AI assistants for IDEs.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in application and testing framework development.
- Ability to perform complex technical tasks independently and work with engineering frameworks, technologies, tools, and programming languages.
