Responsibilities
- Audit, document, and assess existing applications, including unit tests and technical debt.
- Design, develop, maintain, and support performant and scalable web applications.
- Contribute to architecture choices, technical decisions, proofs of concept, and technology integration.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and share development best practices.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams to ensure solution quality and delivery.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and support existing applications.
- Contribute to improvements in development processes, tools, and practices.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and promote agile practices.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in computer science, software engineering, or an equivalent field.
- At least 8 years of software development experience in complex environments and a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, MySQL, SQL Server, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Experience with Laravel, Eloquent ORM, Git, Azure DevOps, PHPStorm, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core is an advantage.
- Ability to produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Strong problem-solving, autonomy, rigor, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
