Responsibilities
- Complete theoretical and practical training modules in solutions engineering and technical sales.
- Complete weekly assignments, assessments, and hands-on training.
- Learn computer networking, electrical engineering, security infrastructure, introductory cloud technologies, Verkada certification, and the Verkada technology stack.
- Gain hands-on field experience and develop customer advisory skills.
- Prepare to transition into a Solutions Engineer role connecting Engineering, Technical Sales, customers, product managers, and Account Executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another STEM-related field from an accredited university.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Highly motivated, driven, self-starting, entrepreneurial, and positive individual.
- Willingness to relocate to San Mateo, California, for the program and work onsite five days per week.
- Must be independently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
