Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize Node.js/TypeScript-based microservices for performance, modularity, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Build and maintain React applications using Next.js Pages Router and Material UI.
- Implement advanced form logic with Formik and JSON Schema validation.
- Integrate and optimize MongoDB, Redis, and Algolia for real-time ad delivery and insights.
- Use BullMQ and RabbitMQ for distributed message queuing and background processing.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, technical reviews, solution discovery, sprint planning, and end-to-end Retail Media feature delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics teams on user-centric solutions and business-aligned engineering.
- Integrate AI into real systems and ship AI-enabled features.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern web technologies.
- Deep experience building scalable microservices and frontend applications in cloud-native environments.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, efficient, scalable, and well-tested code.
- Familiarity with AdTech or Retail Media platforms such as Kevel, Google Ad Manager, CitrusAd, or TopSort is preferred.
- Comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams and contributing proactively to cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience integrating AI into real systems and shipping features with it.
- Ability to solve real-world business challenges in a fast-moving environment.
