Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise AI/ML, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.
- Build advanced RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graph, memory, and multi-agent applications.
- Develop predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning, including feature engineering, training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Create scalable Python-based AI APIs and microservices and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.
- Work with foundation models including Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and Llama.
- Design prompt engineering and model evaluation frameworks and assess model quality, safety, and performance.
- Build MLOps and LLMOps lifecycle frameworks, deployment pipelines, monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability capabilities.
- Optimize model costs and infrastructure utilization in cloud-native environments.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists and establish engineering standards and reusable AI components.
- Drive projects independently and collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and other teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expert-level Python skills plus SQL, REST APIs, and Git/GitHub experience.
- Experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, agentic AI, and RAG.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Experience with MLflow, Azure ML, Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes, Spark, and Delta Lake.
- Knowledge of vector databases, knowledge graphs, data warehousing, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI APIs.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, enterprise agent platforms, shared memory architectures, AI governance and compliance, GraphRAG, event-driven architectures, API gateways, OAuth, and security frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, architecture, design, stakeholder communication, mentoring, project ownership, and business-outcome orientation.
