Base Salary

$100k - $105k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain business applications and workflow solutions using approved low-code platforms.
  • Create forms, workflows, dashboards, business rules, user interfaces, reusable components, and standardized development practices.
  • Configure and customize enterprise application platforms to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, web services, middleware technologies, and enterprise data sources.
  • Support data migration, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting of integration and data-flow issues.
  • Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and implement workflow automation and process redesign solutions.
  • Provide production application and workflow support, monitor performance, resolve technical issues, and assist with incident root-cause analysis.
  • Maintain technical, solution-design, support, and deployment documentation while following security, compliance, governance, architecture, peer-review, and change-management standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing and supporting business applications or workflow automation solutions.
  • Experience with one or more low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, or ServiceNow.
  • Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, web services, and enterprise data sources.
  • Experience in healthcare, public safety, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
