Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve infrastructure supporting Radar’s complex services ecosystem.
- Respond to incidents and help keep the platform available, fast, and healthy.
- Build alerting and dashboards using monitoring and logging tools.
- Take increasing ownership of services and drive root-cause analysis.
- Automate recurring operational work and contribute to end-to-end reliability features.
Requirements
- Solid scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, Java, or a similar language.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Experience with Git and a working understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Exposure to Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, cloud infrastructure, containers, or Kubernetes preferred.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL preferred.
- Interest or experience in agentic workflows, MCP integrations, or AI-assisted operations tools preferred.
- Ability to triage problems, prioritize appropriately, and propose resolutions.
