Base Salary
$100k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop MCP servers and tool integrations for enterprise APIs, data sources, and services.
- Implement A2A communication protocols and architect multi-agent workflows involving delegation, collaboration, and shared context.
- Build and manage agentic AI frameworks covering orchestration, tool use, memory management, and dynamic task routing.
- Own reusable agent platform components, agent lifecycle management, observability, governance, and reliable execution at enterprise scale.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and developing MCP servers and tool integrations.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and Azure Agentic Framework.
- Ability to design multi-agent workflows and A2A communication protocols.
- Mandatory skills include enterprise platform engineering and Python.
- Requires 8–10 years of experience.
