Responsibilities
- Develop quality, performant software solutions and designs for customer use cases.
- Learn information needs, study system flows and data usage, identify problem areas, and develop solutions through the software development lifecycle.
- Build products on cloud platforms and support Unix and Windows systems.
- Develop using .NET and C#, SQL Server or other RDBMS technologies, asynchronous programming, and Web API development.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively across team boundaries.
- Apply awareness of application and cloud security, including OWASP, PII, and GDPR considerations.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in product development.
- 2+ years of recent experience building products on cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance-oriented design.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming with .NET and C# or relevant technologies, plus SQL Server or another RDBMS.
- For full-stack roles, hands-on experience with Angular, Vue.js, or React.
- Experience with microservices architecture and products for Unix systems in addition to Windows.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and Web API development.
- Extensive experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Graduate or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, independent-working, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
