Responsibilities
- Configure and support Salesforce applications using declarative tools and programmatic development approaches.
- Customize Salesforce features and implement application enhancements based on business requirements.
- Manage application releases and deployment activities while preserving compatibility and performance.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain records of system modifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Development and customization using declarative and programmatic approaches.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce workflows, Process Builder, and Lightning components.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce version control systems and deployment tools.
- Knowledge of data management techniques supporting data integrity and security within Salesforce.
- 15 years of full-time education.
