Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI-driven solutions.
- Serve as the technical expert during the post-sales process, providing product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Assess customer systems and workflows to identify integration points for AI solutions.
- Develop and deliver customized product configurations and prototypes.
- Provide technical guidance during implementation and troubleshoot issues.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides and best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical consulting role, preferably in AI or technology sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and customer obsession.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java, and familiarity with APIs and cloud platforms.
- Strong technical background in software development and system integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
