Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and customers to understand requirements and design tailored AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technical expertise during post-sales engagements, including demonstrations, presentations, and customer inquiries.
- Assess customer systems and workflows to identify integration points.
- Develop customized product configurations and prototypes.
- Guide implementation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with customer systems.
- Relay customer feedback to product development and help shape future features.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, FAQs, and best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting, preferably in AI or technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, plus APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms.
- Strong experience in software development, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics in enterprise environments is preferred.
- Insurance technology or financial services experience, startup experience, and AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure certifications are preferred.
