Base Salary
$61k - $104k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Apply software engineering practices across research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to achieve team goals.
- Manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision and deliver accurate, reliable results.
- Build software engineering skills and contribute positively to project performance.
Requirements
- More than one year of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work on a range of tasks and problems and apply relevant skills and knowledge.
- Ability to organize time and deliver tasks over a mid-term horizon.
- Ability to make decisions based on situational understanding rather than rules alone.
