Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support technical ERP solutions in Epicor Kinetic.
- Build and maintain BAQs, dashboards, reports, Application Studio customizations, Functions, BPM/workflow automation, interfaces, integrations, and data-conversion components.
- Translate approved business, process, configuration, and rule decisions into technical ERP solutions with Core Team members.
- Participate in requirements workshops, technical design discussions, issue resolution, and implementation delivery with IT and external consultants.
- Own unit and component testing and support integrated testing, data validation, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and technical readiness.
- Support data conversion and migration through mapping validation, load readiness, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
- Assist with application security, roles, and controls configuration and preliminary validation.
- Create technical documentation, release notes, support procedures, solution standards, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Support implementation, go-live, post-go-live stabilization, future aerospace rollouts, and occasional travel to aerospace sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least five years of hands-on experience in ERP technical analyst, application analyst, developer, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience building or supporting ERP technical objects such as reports, dashboards, forms or UI customizations, workflows, automation, interfaces, or data-conversion components.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or major enhancement efforts.
- Proficiency with SQL or database query languages and experience with version control or source control systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, technical writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Epicor Kinetic experience is preferred.
- Manufacturing or aerospace experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization, testing methodologies, quality assurance, system integration, and API development is preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple ERP implementations or upgrades is preferred.
