Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal risk monitoring and management systems.
- Optimize existing risk control frameworks to enhance system efficiency.
- Collaborate with risk and product managers for system refinement.
- Oversee project progress and coordinate with key stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices for risk control systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in quantitative trading or front-office technology roles.
- Advanced Python programming skills; Java experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, Redis, and Kafka.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AliCloud or AWS.
- Strong aptitude for risk control and compliance.
