Responsibilities
- Develop and support APIs powering customer-facing mobile applications and web portals.
- Enable digital claims capabilities including FNOL, document uploads, claim inquiries, and customer self-service.
- Design and implement integrations between digital platforms, Guidewire ClaimsCenter, document repositories, and enterprise systems.
- Configure and enhance Guidewire ClaimsCenter workflows, validations, activities, notes, and business rules.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and Java/Spring Boot services.
- Perform impact analysis, technical design, production support, troubleshooting, and API performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Digital Product, Mobile, Web, claims, and platform teams.
Requirements
- Experience with digital insurance platforms and customer self-service solutions.
- Experience integrating mobile applications and web portals with API ecosystems.
- Experience with FNOL solutions and document upload or document management integrations.
- Guidewire ClaimsCenter development experience, including Gosu.
- Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and web services.
- Ability to work across digital claims journeys and enterprise integrations.
