Responsibilities
- Provide frontend development services supporting ByteDance’s global internal users.
- Participate in system design, research and development, and technological innovation as part of the international R&D team.
- Collaborate with product design, product management, and software engineering teams to improve business efficiency and safety in Asia.
- Develop and maintain web applications with high performance, high availability, and strong user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 2 years of frontend software development experience.
- Strong frontend experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, Webpack, and monorepo development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and web-based system design capabilities.
- Preferred: B2B product development experience and frontend architecture expertise.
