Responsibilities
- Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders during discovery and design.
- Analyze business requirements and formalize them into functional specifications.
- Define PLM processes and data models within 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Design functional architecture covering ENOVIA objects, lifecycles, workflows, maturity states, and access rules.
- Coordinate with technical architects and developers during the build phase.
- Validate configurations and custom developments from a functional perspective.
- Support system integration, user acceptance testing, and defect analysis.
- Contribute to deployment strategy, cutover preparation, and hypercare activities.
- Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior functional consultants.
- Identify functional risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience; the posting additionally specifies 8+ years with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA platform.
- Strong expertise in PLM concepts including configuration management, BOM, change management, and document management.
- Proven experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, mainly ENOVIA.
- Ability to design end-to-end PLM functional architectures.
- Experience in industrial environments such as aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, or equivalent.
- Functional specification writing and process modeling skills.
- Good understanding of integration principles with upstream and downstream systems.
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies in complex programs.
- Strong communication, facilitation, leadership, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in multicultural and multisite environments.
