Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end quality strategy for Wix Domains and define testing standards.
- Build and maintain AI-driven test coverage using coding agents and AI tooling.
- Design and grow UI, API, and integration test automation.
- Plan and execute manual, exploratory, API, integration, and edge-case testing.
- Test complex domain flows spanning multiple systems, partners, entry points, and buying paths.
- Identify weaknesses, report issues, and influence architecture, release decisions, and product direction.
- Coordinate QA projects across Wix teams and lead quality initiatives without explicit authority.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and 2 years of API testing.
- Hands-on experience building test automation and enthusiasm for using AI and coding agents in testing.
- Experience creating complex test plans, managing large QA integration projects, executing tests, and reporting issues and status.
- Strong technical and software architecture skills, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser debugging.
- Ability to independently lead projects from start to finish while managing task switching.
- Strong Hebrew and English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and lead and engage others without formal authority.
