Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, and integration patterns.
- Develop and maintain complex declarative automations and Salesforce Flows for scalable platform architecture.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
- Use version control, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows to deliver projects.
- Maintain technical documentation, system auditing evidence, and integration and customization processes.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and support junior team members and administrators.
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs and Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and roles.
- Strong unit testing and debugging skills, with familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Provar.
- Experience with Salesforce CLI, GitHub, and CI/CD tools.
- Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, System Architect, or Application Architect certifications are desirable.
- Exposure to Salesforce Community Cloud or Experience Cloud, familiarity with Agentforce, and knowledge of distributed systems and integration architecture patterns are desirable.
