Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to refine CRM requirements and deliver features in iterative sprints.
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, entities, forms, views, dashboards, and charts.
- Develop client-side scripts and server-side components using JavaScript, jQuery, C#, and .NET Framework.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using REST APIs, Web Services, middleware, OData, and SDK tools.
- Perform data migration and maintain data integrity across environments.
- Build low-code/no-code solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams on solution deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment configurations.
- Maintain technical documentation and support deployment processes.
- Stay current with Microsoft updates, best practices, and new features.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience developing Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) solutions.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, REST APIs, Web Services, OData, SDK, SQL Server, and FetchXML.
- Experience with model-driven apps and canvas apps.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including AKS.
- Exposure to Azure services and cloud architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps culture.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, ownership, and task-completion skills.
