Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Java.
- Lead architectural modernization, modularization, shared libraries, and cross-platform reuse across Android, iOS, and Web.
- Own systems throughout ideation, API design, instrumentation, deployment, monitoring, testing, telemetry analysis, experimentation, and iteration.
- Define observability standards, telemetry pipelines, performance optimization, and fault-tolerance strategies for production systems.
- Apply AI-driven tools and automation to development, code analysis, testing, reliability, and product intelligence.
- Partner with product, design, backend, and data teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Drive technical discussions, mentor developers, lead initiatives, and influence strategic direction across mobile platforms.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Flows.
- Proven experience architecting modular, maintainable systems that balance speed and reliability.
- Strong background in performance optimization, observability, and system-level debugging.
- Experience using AI and automation to improve developer velocity, reliability, or product intelligence.
- Experience with instrumentation, SLOs/SLIs, fault tolerance, runbooks, incident triage, telemetry pipelines, and production diagnostics for mobile clients.
- Demonstrated technical leadership through roadmap influence, multi-team initiatives, mentoring or leading developers, process improvements, and interaction with senior technical or product leadership.
