Responsibilities
- Design generative-AI and NLP solutions for customer projects and collaborate with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop NLP use cases such as knowledge-management solutions with retrieval-augmented chatbots and language-model fine-tuning.
- Implement robust, extensible, and high-performance ML pipelines across infrastructures such as Azure.
- Support product development, portfolio expansion, marketing-content creation, customer-meeting preparation, and presentations.
- Stay current with NLP and AI repositories, methods, tools, and research papers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Data Science, business/economics, statistics, computer science, or business informatics.
- Practical experience in Data Science and consulting.
- Extensive knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning, especially Transformers, LLMs, and generative AI.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, tokenizers, and ML frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Ideally, experience with cloud deployments and MLOps on Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Very good German and English skills at least at C1 level, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex topics to target audiences.
- Willingness to make occasional customer trips within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
