Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end execution and delivery of AI-native products.
- Architect, build, and productionize core components of the AI platform.
- Enforce technical discipline and operational excellence for AI products.
- Rapidly iterate on AI products based on performance metrics and user feedback.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new AI technologies and frameworks.
- Partner with product managers to translate strategic goals into technical realities.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to define and implement platform architecture.
- Evaluate and drive strategic business and technology decisions.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
- Extensive software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of owning and shipping complex, production-grade systems.
- Experience shipping and maintaining AI-native products or features.
- Deep ownership mindset and a strong bias for action.
- Preferred experience with LLMs and agentic systems.
- Preferred hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM technologies.
- Preferred advanced understanding of probabilistic systems in LLMs.
- Preferred experience building AI products in finance.
