Responsibilities
- Develop, code, test, debug, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Use Databricks, modern frameworks, and data integration and ETL techniques to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to understand requirements and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, provide solutions across teams, and take responsibility for team decisions.
- Manage team execution and mentor junior team members.
- Evaluate and improve software development processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Experience with Python or Scala.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience with AWS or Azure is preferred.
